How Our Debt Restructure Process Works.
Step 1. Get in Touch with Us

Step 2. We Assess Your Situation
We’ll pull your credit report to check the status of your debts and ask you to provide some information regarding your income and monthly expenses to confirm if you’re over-indebted. If you qualify, we’ll help you reduce your repayments to a realistic amount you can afford each month.
Step 3. Submit Your Info & Sign
We’ll provide an estimate (95% accurate) of how much we can reduce your monthly payments by and provide all relevant information regarding the process. If you’re happy and wish to proceed, then we’ll require the following documents in order to complete the assessement:
- ID copy
- Latest payslip
- Bank statement
Upon receiving the documents, we’ll prepare and send a prefilled document (Form 16 and Power of Attorney) that captures all relevant information for you to read and sign — it can be signed either manually or digitally via a secure link sent to your phone or email.
Step 4. We Talk to Your Creditors
Once your application is signed, we take it from there. We’ll negotiate lower repayments and reduced interest rates with all your creditors. Instead of paying multiple accounts, you’ll only need to make one affordable monthly payment.

Step 5. You're Protected by law

- Your Creditors or Debt Collectors will stop phoning, emailing or threatening legal action
- All legal action or repossession attempts will be stopped except in situations where a court order has already been granted authorising the sheriff of the court to collect your asset.
- You're fully protected by the National Credit Act as long as you keep up with your reduced payment plan.
Step 6. Become Debt-Free & Get a Clearance Certificate
- Once your unsecured debts are paid off, You will receive a clearance certificate (Form 19) officially ending the process and clearing you from debt review.
- If your financial situation improves while you still have debts, we can remove you via our Debt Review Removal service so you can exit the process sooner and return to normal credit access.
- If your financial circumstances inproves while you are under debt review with us, then we will reassess to confirm before removing you from debt review.
